These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lunar Stormwell website and the appliance repair services provided by Lunar Stormwell LLC. By using our website or booking service with us, you agree to these Terms.

Requesting service
Submitting our online form or calling us is a request for service, not a binding contract. A service agreement forms only when we confirm an appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the scheduled arrival window, but times are estimates and may change due to weather, parts availability, or prior jobs running long.
Estimates and pricing
- A diagnostic fee applies to each visit and is disclosed before the appointment.
- After diagnosis we provide a written estimate. Work begins only after you approve it.
- If additional issues are found during the repair, we will contact you before performing extra work.
- Prices for parts and labor are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable Indiana sales tax.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of service. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs.
Workmanship guarantee
We back our labor with a written 90-day workmanship guarantee. If a repair we performed fails under normal use within that period, we will return to correct the covered issue at no additional labor charge. The guarantee does not cover new or unrelated faults, misuse, accidental damage, or work performed by others.
Parts warranty
Replacement parts carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. We will pass along applicable manufacturer warranty terms on request.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance and a responsible adult on site during the visit.
- Give accurate information about the appliance and the problem.
- Disclose known hazards at the service location.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar Stormwell LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and layout of this website are the property of Lunar Stormwell LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, Indiana.
